We work with alloy steels, aluminum, brass, carbon steel, cobalt, gold, invar, monel, silver, nylon, acetal, polypropylene, and a whole host of other media. We feature 3 and 4 axis machinery that can cut workpieces in a variety of dimensions, including lengths up to 40″, widths up to 20″, heights up to 14″, and to tolerances of ± .0003″. Our equipment can also handle parts that weigh up to 1000 lbs., and we hold our work to high standards of quality. Every component we produce meets the stringent standards of AS9100 Rev. D., ASME, and ISO 9001:2015. And we offer fast turnaround times from 4 to 6 weeks, with rush services available when required.
